Taj Hotel Buckingham Gate
Over the last 4 years TIO have been contracted to consult, design, supply and install technical services to the Taj Hotel and the prestigious 51Buckingham Gate Apartments.
The East Sussex National Resort
In 2014, TIO completed the design, development and full installation of the resorts guest Wi-Fi service, allowing for leading edge wireless performance throughout the venue and its facilities.
Needham House Hotel
In 2015, TIO completed the design, development and full installation of this brand new hotel’s guest Wi-Fi service, allowing for leading edge wireless performance throughout the venue and its multiple luxury facilities.
Crossrail Project – DSJV (Dragados-Sisk Joint Venture)
In 2011 TIO in partnership with Everything IT, successfully tendered for the Crossrail 305 Eastern Running Tunnels contract. The 4-5 year contract will see TIO deliver the project from inception to completion.
Virtus Data Centres
Virtus specialise in the design, build and management of Tier 3 data centres in the UK. When they decided to move from their offices in Green Park to Market Place in London’s west end, TIO were appointed to install structured cabling, electrical and audio visual services to their head office.

The British Land Company
British Lands headquarters is at York House in the West End of London. In 2010, British Land appointed TIO to carry out a series of desk top IT moves and changes.
Kent County Council
TIO was chosen after a full tender process, to carry out the clinical cleaning of approximately 1000 IT devices situated throughout the county. The equipment includes PC’s, laptops, printers, scanners and multifunctional devices.
Denham
TIO were asked to provide a number of infrastructure and security services to ensure the office and retail space was up to the exacting standard that is expected from an exclusive fashion label.
Tullow Oil
TIO was appointed to carry out the IT technical relocation for approx 450 users.
Catlin Group
TIO was appointed to carry out the IT technical relocation for over 750 users delivered in three evenly phased weekends. In excess of 750 desktop computers, 1200 TFT screens, and 50 peripherals were decommissioned, moved and re-commissioned and tested.
IRRV
IRRV, the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation are based in Holborn, London WC1.Initially in April, and again in June 2011 IRRV successfully selected TIO to carry out some elements of design and office refurbishment for their new offices in Central London.
MoorCo
TIO were contracted to provide remedial works to Chip&Pin Solutions existing Category 5e Network and Server Room by MorrCo Solutions Ltd.
St Saviours
Founded in 1540, United St Saviour combines its rich heritage with an innovative and forward-thinking outlook. We own and manage a modern Almshouse in Surrey that provides independent-living and an active social life for Southwarks retirees.
Farnham Town Council
TIO were contracted in February 2013 to carry out a Structured cabling Project for Farnham Town Council, Farnham, Surrey. The project involved the centralising of all communication services to a single location.
Fresh Tech
Fresh Tech was formed in 2004 as an IT Support Company servicing London’s advertising and media companies. In the last 8 Years they have grown to support all three major platforms: Apple, Microsoft and Linux. Fresh Tech now support a far wider demographic including Finance, Retail, Governing bodies and Property to name just a few.

Hampstead School
Hampstead School is a secondary school with approx. 1300 students situated in the London Borough of Camden. Over the last few years, the school has gone through major development including a brand-new teaching building and sports centre.
